One day as I was taking my daily exercise which consists of a brisk evening walk, I happened to pass by a young puppy that had been chained to a tree. I noticed this puppy because of its whining. I walked up to the dog and found that the chain was attached so tightly around its neck that it was literally choking.

What kind of human being would do such cruel thing, especially to such a small puppy. I tried to remove the chain but could not because it was so tightly fastened to the animal, Read the rest of this entry »
